Intentions first, remember your sankalpa.
Take a moment to remember the sankalpa, or intention you set in the beginning of this challenge. Maybe it changed throughout the course of the month. Maybe you didn’t set one but you want to set an intention now to guide you through your days moving forward.
Whatever it was or whatever your intention is now, take a moment to call in to your heart and mind the person, place, or community you’re connected to and who could benefit from the same intention. Take a deep breath to seal your sankalpa. And may the fruits of your past, current, and futures practices benefit all being everywhere<3
