Āsana 3: Balancing Sequence

Use the wall or a block for support

Hiii,

Today’s āsana practice is a bit shorter than the other two but you can stay in each shape for as long as you want or repeat the sequences as many times as you want. With today’s video I mainly wanted to show two different variations of how you could practice balance postures using the support of the wall or a block or even both at the same time.

The intention with asana is to notice the inner experience of when you are in these shapes. Yes, there are physical benefits to this poses but there is no variation that is better than the other. There is no “highest expression of the pose”. There is just your expression of the pose. Your body. Your choice.
