Āsana 2: Mat & Scarf Practice

20 minute movement and stillness practice for your spine, legs and lower back.

Holaa,

For today’s practice you will need a mat or a blanket for you to sit and lay down on, and a scarf or yoga strap.

Please listen to your body while doing this practice. My words are suggestions, feel free to adapt and change the shapes as you see fit, and stop at any time.
